Peab Grundläggning AB is a subsidiary of the Peab Group and one of Sweden's largest companies in ground reinforcement, injection, sheet piling, piling, and drilling. We are involved in building the society of the future – everything from railways and bridges to housing and industrial areas. Our operations extend across Sweden, which means that travel is required.

We are now looking for a committed and experienced blacksmith who wants to be part of our team!

About the role

As a blacksmith with us, you will play a key role in our projects. You ensure that our foundation work is solid from the start. Your tasks mainly consist of foundation blacksmithing, but you may also support various areas of our contracts. The work is varied and takes place at different construction sites.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a blacksmith/tradesperson with experience in welding.
Requirements:

• Welding licenses
• Experience in cutting and welding
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license B

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and safety-conscious. You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, while also being unpretentious, proactive, and a problem solver who is eager to take initiative. You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to a good working atmosphere.

Other

• You must be prepared to commute weekly to our projects (normally Monday–Thursday)
• The position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period
• A background check will be conducted in connection with new employment
